This book has 143 pages, jam-packed with amusing, engaging and sometimes knee-slapping gag cartoons written by veteran writer Robert Rafferty and illustrated by magazine cartoonist Roy Delgado.

Bob's eclectic writing credentials include publication of a number of travel guidebooks - - - several of which he wrote with his wife, Loys Reynolds - - - as well as other non-fiction books and short plays.

Bob was a staff writer for a bi-lingual children's comedy program seen on more than 150 PBS stations.  For more than 30 years he has been a gagwriter for cartoonists who have drawn and sold his cartoon ideas to more than a thousand different publications in this country and the world.

Bob was a "regular" gagwriter for the famous Dennis the Menace cartoon panel for many years and was mentioned in the book by Hank Ketcham, The Merchant of DENNIS the Menace ( Abbeville Press - New York - Publishers )
