This drawing appeared in yesterday's Wall Street Journal in the "Pepper and Salt " section - - - a long time regular feature in the periodical edited by Charles " Wolf" Preston . Mister Preston has scanned his eyes over more cartoon panels than probably any other cartoon editor in the universe. He uses approximately 30 cartoonists for the on going popular feature.
Like the New Yorker, the cartoon is usually most oftenly, the first thing a person looks for when opening up the magazine or paper.
