Right about now, it's 11:55 am, it is a good time to make myself a good cup of hot java, with double half and half and a little honey . . .
it doesn't get better than this.
 
Someone, a stranger at the Post Office just asked me, ' How's it goin' ? ' . . .
I looked him square in the eye and responded like I felt . . . I said, ' If things were going any better, I'd think I bwas cheating ! '
 
He gave me a funny look, wondered if I was on drugs and disappeared.  It's not MY problem.

This drawing was sent to me and appeared in my favorite newspaper on March 21, last month . . now why this typing just went out of whack . . . I don't know AND I'm NOT going to try to figure it out.

Wall Street Journal cartoon - Roy Delgado



Here's a cartoon from the recent December 16, 2010 issue of this fine periodical . . .  The little guy is a real gentleman, looks like the way he's all dressed up with a tie and everything, he'll probably want to he a hedge-fund manager when he grows up or maybe try for Tim Geithner's job . . . or he might say the hell with it and become a cartoonist !
