Woman's World cartoon - Roy Delgado
This drawing appears in the current Sept. 20, 2010 issue of the women's magazine on page 3. Submitted in black and white. Their art department does a fine job in coloring all of the cartoons.
Jack Flynn, an old-time cartoon friend of mine going all the way back to 1953 when I was going to art school in Los Angeles ( where we corresponded, and I begged for an original, which he DID send ) and living in a garage, also has a cartoon on the same page, along with James Estes, another real pro whose work I've admired for years.
I liked this cartoon so much, that I'm using it for a Buljert cartoon idea in the proposed daily comic panel in which is now evolving . . .
