15981 Plum Loco comic

I don't think it's really right to purport to show a cartoon which might look like it's making fun at the menatally challenged . . . having said that, aren't we ALL at one time or another mentally challenged ?  This goes all the way from The White House on down to some  poor scraggly bearded sap on the street carrying a sign on a stick warning us  " The World Will End Soon . "
