Here is a cover of the New Yorker magazine which you will most probably never see published . . . . but you never know . . . You'll probably never see it, but I think if they really had a sense of humor, they would publish it !
But, what the hell do I know ? . . . if I'm so smart, why ain't I rich ?
I guarantee, it would fly off the newsstand. A real talking point . . . especially the comedians . . . I can see it now on all the talk shows . . " Man, did you see the cover of The New Yorker ? " . . . , On Letterman . . . Even Hannity on the other side would talk about it, maybe O'Reilly . . . .
Push the envelope, New Yorker, laugh at yourselves, don't take yourself so seriously, lighten up . . . we're all weirdos in someone else's eyes . . . .
Take Chicago, just by itself . . . Blagojevich, Tony Rezko, Jeremiah Wright, Father Ph-ph-f - f-Pfleger, the new poddy-mouth *%#@ mayor, Billy Ayers and his wife, pencil doodler P.Byrnes ( Sorry, no first name or middle initial ), ALL main street people you'd love to invite to your next barbeque, right ?
You could do this with any city, sure, but today, m'man, it's your turn in the barrel.
It's only a magazine . . .
many times mis-directed . . .
