This cartoon appears in the latest January issue of American Legion Magazine.  The cartoon was submitted as a black and
white line drawing, then when a colorized version was requested upon purchasing it, I trusted my CorelPaintShopPro 15 program to color it with a few commands . . . and BINGO! you have a color cartoon ! Technology ! Technology! Technology !
