Since PARADE dropped the regular appearing cartoon feature by Hoest and Reiner: " HOWARD HUGE "   ( About a huge St. Bernard Dog ), the Parade people have hardly used cartoons at all.
They have 12 more of mine . . . maybe it's MY turn ? I've been in line a l-o-n-g time . . .
