One of the fat cats on Wall Street telling it like it is, unfortunately, four of the richest people in NY who last year payed each to NY an average of 4-7 mil in taxes, NOW all moved to FL and DE and elsewhere where there is NO state tax and NOW the poor saps in Albany have even LESS money to spread around for entitlements !
I can't understand why someone with a lot of money would try to get away from people who want to take THEIR money !, can you ? Greedy bastards!
